We all very much enjoyed your meal – one of the girls loved your prawns so much
she had two extra platefuls! The menu offered was very refreshing & interesting & you were incredibly accommodating to my guests’ innumerable dietary requests.     The portions were a perfect size & the red cabbage was a very big hit & the glaze    on the vegetables was really tasty.  I thought that you were very friendly & engaged well with us & I will send you the photos as soon as I have them.In hindsight I  think that you were absolutely right about hiring a waitress and I think that this would  have made the experience a little easier, particularly as we were sitting outside which made it more difficult to collect the plates from you. I think that it would have completed the night in terms of the luxury of having someone come to cook for us.
I would definitely hire you again if my friends & I return to the cottage.
On a final note, we absolutely loved the puddings, in particular the chocolate mousse cake was a great hit & it was nice to have a pear tarte tatin as it gave it a different twist & the cheese was great too.  You left the kitchen immaculate which was great because I didn’t have to worry about it & we have given very positive feedback to Kate & Tony.
I hope that  you have lots more future bookings with the cottage as I think that it’s  an excellent idea & we thoroughly enjoyed the dinner –
