Dear Pascal and team Thank you for the beautiful wedding breakfast (for 130 people) and evening buffet (for 200 people) you provided for our daughter's wedding in September 2008. EVERYTHING was outstanding, from the Canapes and Pimm's served at 12 noon to the Cheeseboard served after the evening buffet at 10p.m. Your delicious food was truly appreciated and we still talk about how much we all enjoyed ourselves. As for me, the mother of the bride, I didn't have a single thing to worry about all day, you and your team of ladies made my day 100% stress free and therefore I was truly able to enjoy myself, that, for me, was wonderful. Hi Pascal We can honestly say that we wouldn't wish to improve anything! I think you got the perfect balance between being visible if anybody needed anything.... yet invisible making everything happen. We will certainly, and already have, recommended you to our friends. The food and service was exceptional and very reasonably priced. It was quite daunting in some ways, entertaining everybody in our home on such a special occasion, but I have to say, you enabled us to be completely relaxed about the food and drinks, and not feel "responsible" for looking after all our guests.
